Mark K. Sullivan J.D.

Mark K. Sullivan practices in a variety of areas including criminal defense, business formation and operational issues, professional licensing and disciplinary litigation, healthcare matters, and personal injury. A native of Indianapolis Indiana, Mark received his Bachelor's Degree at St. Joseph's College in 1974 and went on to attend the University of Louisville School of Law where he received his degree in 1979.

Mark was the elected Prosecutor of Pike County, Indiana where he served from 1983 to 1990. After returning to Indianapolis, Mark served the Marion County, Indiana Prosecutor's Office in the capacity of Chief Trial Deputy Prosecutor from 1993 to 1994. Upon leaving public service, Mark became a partner of Tabbert Hahn Earnest and Weddle where he handled litigation matters including medical malpractice, state and federal criminal defense, and general civil litigation. In 2008, Mark established Mark K. Sullivan & Associates, P.C. on the northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mark has the recent distinction of being named a 2014 Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, Trial Lawyer Honorary Society. In addition, he was named one of Indianapolis' Top Lawyers by Indianapolis Monthly Magazine in the September 1993 issue as well as Indiana Super Lawyer by the same publication in 2004. Mark was also named as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers in 2013. Mark served for nine years as Chairman of the Marion County Election Board, from 2004 until January 1, 2014. Mark also serves as counsel for the Indiana State Chiropractic Association as well as represents the City of Indianapolis on various matters related to Workers Compensation and subrogation.
